Shannon Bumgarner – Owner/ Sales
Growing up in the business started by his father, Shannon learned from the ground up what it takes to run a successful dealership. He has mastered all areas of the business, from service to sales and even finance and warranty. Focusing on Customer Service and being an ever-present owner keeps Shannon in touch with all of our customers and their needs.
Angel Bumgarner- Owner/ Business Manager
For many years, Angel has been the primary contact for all of your financing needs and title preparations at Bumgarner Camping Center. Although specializing in these services, it is not unusual to find her answering phones or assisting in the Parts department, in addition to managing all of the day to day business operations. Being versatile is one of the necessities, and the pleasures, of managing a small business today.
Buddy Kincaid- Sales
Although his specialty is sales, Buddy is knowledgeable on all aspects of camping. His long-time experience as a camper, salesman and service technician helps him relate to each and every customer, whether a novice or expert. His “never met a stranger” attitude helps him connect to each customer on a personal level to help match their needs and wants with our inventory offerings. At Bumgarner Camping, we’ve adopted a “no-pressure” sales attitude to help you feel more comfortable with us and your purchase!
Larry Keever – Sales
Larry has been working in the camping industry for 7 years and working for Bumgarner Camping Center for 5 years. His favorite part of his job is getting to know the customers and fulfilling their needs. At Bumgarner Camping, we have adopted a “no-pressure” sales attitude to help you feel more comfortable with us and your purchase.
Ralph Ballou – Sales:
Although familiar with both the RV and automobile industry for many years, Ralph, is the newest face in our sales department. Ralph primarily works on Saturdays, but comes in to lend a helping hand whenever needed. He tries to make each customer feels comfortable with his or her purchase. You will always find him in his signature hat, with a smile on his face ready to help you with your camping needs.
Tyler Triplett – Parts:
Tyler is the newest addition to the Parts Department at Bumgarner Camping Center. Tyler has a wealth of general camping knowledge from being a long time camper and avid outdoorsman. He is eager to assist each customer with their parts needs and any questions that may arise. Come meet Tyler today!
Bailey Bumgarner – Office Assistant:
Bailey, the daughter of Shannon and Angel, has worked at Bumgarner Camping for about a year. She loves helping customers in the Parts Department and also assists in the business office. Outside of work, Bailey enjoys spending time with her family. She hopes to help you with any camping needs you may have.
Brandy Auton – Service Advisor:
Brandy has been working for Bumgarner Camping Center for more than 3 years. She began her career here in the Parts department and now is using her talents to assist the Service department, as your Service Advisor and Scheduler. Each time you call the Service Department, her happy voice will be the voice on the line! Brandy enjoys working in a great atmosphere, and has certainly found lifelong friendships in her coworkers and customers. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her two children.
Chris Martin – Service Manager:
Chris, our wonderful Service Manager, has been at Bumgarner Camping Center for more than 4 years, but has been in the camper industry for many more years than that. His knowledge is second to none, and we are lucky to have him. Wearing many hats is his specialty. If he doesn’t know, he certainly can find out.
